- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$200 non refundable deposit applied to finished cost. This is a bond to keep your commitment through the creative process. Time is money and creatives work tirelessly to bring you beautiful handmade work to support their livelihood so this commitment is a beautiful thing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to review images of the item for redo as well as a detailed description of what you would like done to the piece. If you are unsure I am happy to help talk you through the design process. Pinterest boards are most helpful with this process as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This particular skill set of mine is passed down from my grandmother and I continued to teach myself through trial and error over the years.
