I was immediately addicted to Alice S's class the moment I tried it!, Alice has so many favorable qualities as a person as well as a yoga instructor. The quality I love the most though, is her ability to connect with her class. No matter the size of our yoga class, she makes everyone feel comfortable and I see her having an impact on each person so that the person feels like they belong. She has a lovely, peaceful presence, and she is always prepared for class. She offers "personalization" for individuals who have specific physical needs and most of all she coveys her Love of Yoga, which is contagious!.
I really loved the Kemetic Yoga class! It was relaxing and extremely informative. The instructors have a lot of knowledge on ways we can heal ourselves. I'm looking forward to when I'm able to take part in another one!
Jamie teaches yoga from her heart and soul. She has a genuine personality and is able to create classes that are accessible for all yogis despite their yoga experiences. Her cues and sequencing give me the space to feel safe and her themes and life lessons in the class always help me feel a little bit better about my life. I feel privileged to have taken classes with this yoga teacher.
If you want to find relaxation in your work life, I highly recommended Mica! She’s a former engineer turned yoga instructor so she knows alot about dealing with stress in the workplace. I’ve never met a yoga instructor who was so excellent at her craft and such a good teacher.
I was fortunate enough to have Sarah as my private instructor during a week-long Yoga retreat. Her kind, patient, respectful and caring demeaner exponentially enhanced my experience. She exposed me to different yoga practices: from a wide range of asanas to breathing exercises. Always attentive to my posture, Sarah adjusted my poses to ensure I was avoiding any injuries. She also introduced me to Yoga Nidra and the more meditative aspect of Yoga. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking to learn about Yoga or expand their knowledge of the practice.

Bridgid is an outstanding instructor. She loves what she does, and her enthusiasm carries over to her teaching. You can't help but feel the warmth and energy flowing from her as she is leading you through your poses, making adjustments, and pretty soon, you find yourself in savasana at the end of your session, feeling more relaxed, and centered than you have in a long time. I've been around a lot of people who profess to be yogis. For many this is simply what they do for a job. For Bridgid, it's also who she is... she lives her life in a way that reflects her practice, and it sets her apart. Highly recommend.
I first connected with Rou last August at her Kemetic Yoga class in Mueller Park. I was impressed by her enthusiasm and focus on the mat, which as I would later find out, translates to her focus off the mat as well. She is a true leader - a very rare jewel - and I'm glad I know her.

She was an excellent yoga instructor, cannot recommend enough! I have some shoulder injuries due to a surgery I had earlier last year, and she did a great job of not only working around it, but making it feel a bit less stressed after our session! She does a great job of describing exactly what to do to get in and out of certain positions, which is usually hard in a private instead of a class. Lovely woman, can't wait to see her again.
