- The first session is to know you and the issue; - I give information about myself and my background; - We agree on the objective to be achieved; - I mention my two requirements so that we can work together; - I explain what hypnosis is; - I give a test to determine your level of suggestiblity.

By following specific training about addictions and chronic pain, I am able to help in this area which is very rarely chosen by those who have been certified in hypnosis due to its complexities. - I am a hypnotist certified by "The National Guild of Hypnotists". - It's been since 2008 that I do training to change people lives - I have a master's degree in change management.
