I don’t speak any other languages besides what I was exposed to in school: French in kindergarten–sixth and German in high school. I remember many words from both, but I couldn’t read or pronounce new words based on that knowledge and that’s exactly what I appreciate about Claudio’s approach. He teaches us how to pronounce vowels and letter combinations, showing that Italian is a phonetic language, so we can retain vocabulary and rules later if we choose. I’ve always flirted with the idea of learning Italian, and with Claudio’s guidance I’m hopeful I finally will."See more
