RUN AWAY.
Eric Taylor at Veteran should not be trusted. He is a great salesman, with very little follow through. We contracted him for a remodel in 2021 to tear down a kitchen, repair Sheetrock as well as baseboard and trim.
After the sell, he was rarely at our home to supervise. He could barely communicate with his subcontractors (he knew almost no Spanish), and they would come to me with dozens of questions. I also had to deal with the electrician directly for all questions, even though his English was fine.
I was left wondering why I hired a General contractor.
At the end of the project, paint and trim was done poorly, and he made up an excuse about his mother having COVID and not being able to come to the site (common excuse by contractors around this time). He took off $1000 from the final price, and let us figure out the rest. The final result was poor workmanship and finish. They got the job done, but there was no time or room to correct mistakes.

Veteran's Remodeling did a total demo, and built it back ceiling to floor. The crews that were used in our home were friendly and professional. They cleaned up before leaving at the end of the day. When I had a question the Project Manager responded quickly. The Project Manager worked with us when giving a bid on the job. My husband and I wanted to pick and purchase the finishing touches examples are as follows: marble walk-in shower, glass wall panel for the shower, vanity, commode and all of the brush nickel fixtures.

We used these guys to extend our guest bathroom. It was a more complicated job than we originally thought but these guys figured it out how to make it work and still managed to do it on time. Really nice work.
