I offer weekly meal plans for $60 that cover all meals and snacks of each day of the week. Our phone consultation is free. I use this time to learn everything I need to know before writing your plan, and to get to know you before we start working together.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with my own personal journey. At 20 years old I was experiencing hormonal imbalances and I was 50 pounds overweight. Exercise alone was not allowing me to lose weight like I had expected it to. I began reading books and studying nutrition at home, and at the same time I started cooking for myself at home. I learned the importance of the hormones in the body, and their correlation with body fat. I became extremely passionate about food, and I decided to get a Sports Nutritionist Certificate with the ISSA. Since then, I have not gone a day without reading or watching seminars about health and nutrition because I truly love to learn about it, and teaching nutrition has also become my passion. I've begun writing personal health and development books because I want to share the knowledge with others. I believe that too many people need these answers, and just don't seem to know where to start. My goal is educate you beyond working with me, so that nutrition comes easily and naturally.

I have been lucky to work with a wide variety of clients so far, of all different ages and genders. Some diet restrictions I have worked with include: Diabetes and Prediabetes; Celiac's and gluten sensitive; IBS; dairy free; low carb; low fat; high cholesterol; vegan and vegetarian.
