I offer a few different options, so pricing depends on whether you would like a one time consultation and meal plan; or if you would like to join my accountability program, where you will have more contact with me long-term
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with my own personal journey. When I was very young,(14-16 years old) I was anorexic and 20 pounds under weight. At that time, I was extremely uneducated about health. From there, I ended up gradually becoming overweight, and at 20 years old I was 50 pounds overweight. Exercise alone was not allowing me to lose weight like I had expected it to. I began reading books and studying nutrition at home, and at the same time I started cooking for myself at home. I learned the importance of the hormones in the body, and their correlation with body fat. I became extremely passionate about food, and I decided to get a Sports Nutritionist Certificate with the ISSA. Since then, I have not gone a day without reading or watching seminars about health and nutrition because I truly love to learn about it, and there is still a lot to learn! I've begun writing two books now, because I want to share the knowledge with others. I believe that too many people need these answers, and just don't seem to know where to start. This is why I'm here, I want to make healthy living easy to achieve, and I want to teach others so that they truly understand it.

I have been lucky to work with a wide variety of clients so far, of all different ages and genders. Some diet restrictions I have worked with include: Diabetes and Prediabetes; Celiac's and gluten sensitive; IBS; dairy free; low carb; low fat; high cholesterol; vegan and vegetarian.
