We specialize in science based exercise & nutrition for fat loss and muscle gain, so you can achieve your best shape ever and feel motivated, strong, healthy, & confident. I have been training at Chris Protein Personal Training for a few months now and it has been a great experience. This place is perfect if you want a personal training that fits your needs.My trainer Ila is amazing. I already feel a big difference in my strength and energy, and I have lost six pounds in less than 3 months. I cannot recommend Ila highly enough! After suffering a back injury from scoliosis, I was hesitant and honestly scared to get back into the gym on my own. I've been training with Caroline since the first of September and couldn't be happier. She's delightful to work with and always pushes me to keep building my strength and has a "you can do it" attitude. My husband and I left the big box gym scene almost a year ago and are very glad we did. The studio is a great place to set and reach your fitness goals with highly qualified trainers in a nice, clean peaceful setting. I highly recommend Caroline!
