I have trained with Ruben the owner of Kodiak for over 3 years! He is always about moving it forward but also is extremely careful with older folks like me with bad knees !!! Has a lot of knowledge. Could not ask for a better trainer!

I love working out at Kodak because it is a small gym but has all the basics you need for quality weight lifting. I work out with the owner, Ruben, and his clients include all ages and fitness levels. Ruben dials in on injuries and great at making modifications.

I can’t say enough good things about training with Ruben. He has helped me recover from two total knee replacements and a chronic shoulder injury. He has helped me to be able to do things I shouldn’t be able to do at my age. He has totally improved my quality of life. How many people can you say have done that for you? He is worth his weight in gold.
