1. Where were you at before we started working together/what were you struggling with I have always enjoyed moving my body but often couldn’t figure out how to get the results I wanted. I also tend to gravitate towards circuit/hiit style exercise and I truly thought I needed to do such high energy workouts to get more fit. I have been intrigued weight lifting and have dabbled but could never feel comfortable doing weight training because I just didn’t have the knowledge base or time to dedicate to learning. 2. What has been your most valuable takeaway from working together? You really don’t have to kill yourself to get results! I love how she structures the workouts and keeps things simple. Moderation and simplicity work! 3. What would you say to someone considering working with me? Absolutely do it! Melanie is so fun to work with and really does a wonderful job with creating a a plan to help you work toward your goals. She is so supportive and positive, it’s a joy to be around her!

I am an active person who enjoys a variety of classes and activities, but last year, like many people, I transitioned to moving my body at home. I was excited to get back into the gym but needed some extra accountability and support as I eased back into more challenging workouts. I reached out to Melanie and ended up finding those qualities and SO much more. She is encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun to be around. She listens to my goals and compassionately pushes me harder than I would otherwise push myself. I leave our sessions feeling confident, accomplished, and with that energized, heart-full feeling you experience after hanging with a good friend. Melanie has also provided nutrition support, helping me notice and shift a few aspects of my diet to match my goals. I have been working with her for less than 2 months and already feel stronger, more confident, more motivated, closer to my goals and the list goes on. I highly recommend making the investment in yourself if you are considering it :)

Working with Melanie was a great experience. She was very easy to talk to and she always found time to answer my questions very promptly. Her social media presence is very good and makes it easy to check in a find new workouts, new meals, and new ways to think and explore my mental space to help build a strong foundation all around. I would recommend Melanie to anyone looking for a trainer from beginners to experienced that might just need some good friendly accountability to get you to the next level in your training!

I just recently started working out with Melanie and I love our program! I feel like she really listens to my goals and what has or has not worked for me, and makes adjustments to my plan as needed. I had lower back pain for a few months due to my job and Melanie helped me not only alleviate the pain with specific stretches, but she also helped fix the cause of the pain which was a weak core and surrounding muscles in the lower back region. She knows her stuff and shows that she really cares about her profession and her clients.
