Melanie Is by far the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. She’s fun, kind, & my favorite thing about her is she learns what you like, & makes sure to incorporate it into workouts. This makes the experience so much more enjoyable & sustainable long term :) She’s a gem! Highly recommend!

Melanie is a unique trainer who listens to YOUR goals and focuses on empowering you to meet them. I feel like we’re partners in figuring out how to get to my goals together. Melanie has helped me meet my goals and beyond. For example, I have a history of shoulder injuries, and Melanie helped me completely rebuild strength in both shoulders. I honestly feel the strongest and most confident in my ability to continue to be strong and healthy than I have in 15 years. Melanie is a kind, empathetic trainer who listens carefully to what you need, and lends her incredible expertise to your journey. She will push you!! But in the most empowering way. I couldnt recommend Melanie more.

Melanie is a wonderful coach! She is knowledgeable and demonstrated expertise throughout in-person and virtual workouts. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a physical trainer!

There’s just too many good things to say about Melanie. Ever since I was younger I’ve been super self conscious about my body, and working out has always been so overwhelming. After one year of working consistently with Melanie I have slowly but surely felt my self-confidence continuously grow. She’s taught me how to love my body, celebrate my growth no matter how small, and persevere. Melanie doesn’t motivate by using shame but by using enthusiasm, positivity, and gentle accountability. I can confidently say I wouldn’t still be working out had it not been for her flexible and understanding attitude throughout this whole process. Truly appreciate her as a trainer… as a friend .. and sometimes even a therapist 😜 💖🙏

1. Where were you at before we started working together/what were you struggling with I have always enjoyed moving my body but often couldn’t figure out how to get the results I wanted. I also tend to gravitate towards circuit/hiit style exercise and I truly thought I needed to do such high energy workouts to get more fit. I have been intrigued weight lifting and have dabbled but could never feel comfortable doing weight training because I just didn’t have the knowledge base or time to dedicate to learning. 2. What has been your most valuable takeaway from working together? You really don’t have to kill yourself to get results! I love how she structures the workouts and keeps things simple. Moderation and simplicity work! 3. What would you say to someone considering working with me? Absolutely do it! Melanie is so fun to work with and really does a wonderful job with creating a a plan to help you work toward your goals. She is so supportive and positive, it’s a joy to be around her!

    ONLINE COACHING - $299/MONTH* - 1:1 Dedicated Coaching: available 7 days a week to answer any and all questions that can and will arise - Educational Materials: access to educational materials to increase your knowledge regarding training and nutrition - Customized nutrition: including but not limited to calories, macros, or intuitive eating guidelines - App Access: customized training programs delivered to you on an easy-to-navigate app with video demonstrations of every exercise to make sure you're doing them correctly - Weekly Check-ins with Video Replies: I'll review your progress weekly & provide and explain necessary adjustments to your plan to ensure you're on the right track *pay-up-front incentives for 3, 6, and 12 months plans

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First we'll hop on a quick 20-30 min call to ensure that coaching with me is a good fit for your needs and if it is then i'll start onboarding you into the app you'll use during our time together and have you fill out a questionnaire
