I have been training for about a month now and I have completed seven sessions with Joseph. Communication has been very smooth, and he is friendly and easy to work with. Also, he is fun, witty and awesome to work with! He wants you to succeed in a personal training experience. To accomplish this, clearly stated communication is important to insure training goals are met. Joey will do his part and you must do yours!

Ive been working with Joey for the past couple months and absolutely recommend him! I had pretty intense goals in the beginning especially going from basically not working out for years to basically every day. He listened to what I wanted and was ready to commit to and worked with me to come up with something that worked. Two months later and what I can do now would have blown my mind, and we still reevaluate every week to make sure everything can still push me a little further every workout. I also appreciate Joeys demeanor; if youre not super comfortable with your body and confidence, youre not going to be stressed about that at all with him. He understands and will meet you where youre at while still setting up positive motivation.
