- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to make my prices as affordable as possible for all my customers. I understand that not everyone has the funds for trainings but, everyone should be able to have a shot of becoming the best version of themselves through physical fitness. For customers would simply cannot afford my trainings I offer free zoom classes on Tuesday's. Anyone is welcome to join and work on their health. I also, offer discounts to clients who trains with me more than once a week. Anyone is welcome to join and work on their health.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first session is a consulting session. We get your measurements, go over meal plans (if interested), get to know your 'why' for fitness, and make sure I am the perfect trainer for you. After that we can go from there and continue this fitness journey of becoming the best versions of ourselves!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college graduate with a degree in Kinesiology. I graduated from St. Edward's University. I have been studying the movement of the human body for years and have a passion for the different changes you see in the body from physical activity. I am also an Ex-college basketball player at the university I graduated from. The past two years I have played professional basketball in Australia where I also got a chance to coach the youth and run many fitness camp at their beaches :)
