Jason was great! Great pricing, swept at the last minute to do all the work that another contractor canceled on and was able to even get another couple of little things squeezed in that needed to be repaired! I highly recommend him for any of your handyman needs! Replaced the kitchen sink, replace the faucets in the master bathroom sinks and tub and repaired the pump in the toilet!
Worked performed on my toilet repair was high quality and professional. His service is highly recommended. I'd hire him again. He did an excellent job!
Victor did a fantastic job and knows his business. We hired him for a project to replace French doors, repair damaged subfloor from the recent storms, and to replace baseboards so we could have new carpet installed. We actually had another contractor initially whom we fired due to shady practices. This was not the case at all with Victor. In fact, Victor did not increase his cost despite unforeseen complications in the project that increased the time it took to complete it and relied on me to recognize increased compensation was fair and appropriate. He will be my go to person for all projects I need assistance with as his skills are outstanding and his work and business ethics are what one wishes for in contractors, but rarely finds. You're the man Victor!
javier is the 4th drywall installer and 6th painter i have used over about 20 years of remodeling. his work is impeccable and basically 'over the top'. he is neat, thorough, punctual, and does what he promises to do. i cannot find fault with anything. and to top it off he cleans up extremely well when he is finished even to the point of wet mopping any residual dust after sweeping. the job site (a 28 x 40 ft. outbuilding with 1/2 bath) was cleaner when he left than when he started and the paint job was absolutely perfect. no spatter, no blemishes, no missed spots. his motto of 'quality only' is completely accurate and lived up to and so if you want a top quality job he is the 'go to guy'!
Installed master bath sinks and faucets, tub and shower hardware, Installed 2 toilets, kitchen sink faucet, installed vanity light fixture and replaced old water source valves at various locations.
I had a deck around my hot tub that needed new decking. Bud came out to look at the job and gave me a reasonable price as well as some great suggestions on how to improve upon my vision of what needed to be done. Once the materials arrived, he and his helper arrived a few days later and did a great job upgrading the deck and add a fantastic railing. The also did a great job cleaning up the worksite when they were finished. I'm very happy with the results and would use him again.
Throughout the entire experience, Greg maintained excellent communication leading up to the actual project. On the day of the repair (drywalls ad baseboards), Greg arrived on time and did an incredibly professional job. He even cleaned up afterward. Excelllent and we will be using his services again in the future! Thank you Greg! Well done!
We hired Felipe to help us remodel our bathroom. We wanted to remove the tub unit and install a standing shower. We hired Felipe based on his sheer honesty about the cost of the project as well as his ability to begin the project as soon as possible. He charged us only for the labor of removing the tub unit (and hauling the pieces away), and the installation of the new shower, including the tiling. All of the expenses came out of our pocket, so we purchased the tile and door on our own time. Any of the other materials needed (concrete, siding, grout, etc) Felipe purchased and billed us for later. He showed us every single receipt for anything he bought at the time of reimbursement. It was all at retail prices (he bought everything from Home Depot). He also picked up the door from Home Depot for us, as it was unable to fit in our car, at no extra cost. At the end of each day he told me exactly what he and his son (the only people working the job) did and exactly what his plans were for the next day. If there was going to be a delay of any kind, he let us know right away and made it known that it was not going to change the price that we agreed upon at the beginning of the project at all. If you are having any bathroom work done in your home, I HIGHLY recommend this man. We are extremely satisfied with the completed project and the entire process. We will definitely be hiring Felipe in the future should we want to remodel our second bathroom.
I contacted Chris Spene for an estimate to remove my shower and install tile from the floor to the ceiling. From talking with others, I felt good that Chris was trustworthy and proceeded to have the job completed by Chris. Since we had a vacation already scheduled, we gave Chris a key to our home and while we were gone, He completed the tile installation, cleaned the bathroom, and when we returned, the new shower inclosure was beautiful. He definitely does what he promises and I would not hesitate to hire Chris for any remodeling job.
Chad definitely went above and beyond great service ! An emergency fixed and completed quickly with additional checks to be proactive. We will definitely continue to use Pfriendly Plumber . 😁 Raul & Rani Prieto. Our softener system broke and resin beads were everywhere( The pic of beads in the tub). Problem solved and shower control was also replaced and not leaking anymore .
Joe arrived on time and immediately started to work - he caulked our shower tub and removed and replaced our kitchen faucet - both jobs were done with quality work and he cleaned up afterwards - he finished both jobs in less than the time quoted and I would definitely use him again.
Pat and Leyla renovated my master bedroom and bathroom. My bathroom had water damage in the shower area behind the ceramic tile. Pat cleaned out the rotted studs and prepared and tiled the new shower wall. All the walls of my bathroom were in bad shape. Pat repaired and painted the walls and added wainscot and trim. He replaced the old window with new window and window sill. Cut the door opening to 36 and moved the electrical wiring. He installed the flooring, a new tub, toilet and bathroom accessories. He moved the plumbing so that the vanity would fit into the small area. In my master bedroom he painted all walls plus an accent wall and added window sills and baseboards. He replaced the exterior water heater door with a new painted door with added vents. He replaced my garbage disposal and installed TV mounts on the wall. Pat and Leyla keep the renovation area very clean. They show up every morning on time and work hard all day to complete the job. Pat is very detail oriented and has very good problem solving skills. He makes his renovations very pretty, very functional and cost effective. I am very pleased with my new bathroom and bedroom.
I experienced some water damage on an exterior and interior wall of my home. It also include an adjacent wall to my master bath. I called several companies to clean, remove, and repair the damaged area. Their starting price was $2000+ depending on there finding upon extraction. I knew the damage was not that extensive. I was lead by a friend to call Covenant Services. She knew that he was honest, reliable, timely and cared about the quality of his work. I made the call and he was able to schedule me for an estimate. Covenant Services came to work on the damage that best fit my work schedule. And I could not be more pleased with the results of my water damaged walls. Covenant Services also removed, replace, recaulked the tile in my tub in the master bath. This company is and was a blessing to me and my family. He is now on my speed dial for home repairs.
july,15, 2015. i had t-horn remove my disposal and then straight pipe my kitchen sink. my 1st positive impression was by looking at this site. benton responds to all his customers feedback and thanks them on this site. he also has a code of ethics he discusses on this site. also he called me this morning to followup and make sure everything is working. my sink was stopping up when my dishwasher drained and it was gross. i am still checking to make sure it is ok because i did not run a load of dishes last night. i am sure it is fine. he also replaced a bib on the outside. so how many plumbers do you know that do this type of thank you and telephone follow up and discusses ethics? NONE!!; well now there is one that that does. anyway, i wanted to develop a relationship with t-horn, because you just never know when you will need a plumber. thanks benton. patrick
A&P Enterprises was the most reasonable in estimating costs for my simple project of window cleaning. I only had a few to clean and unlike everyone else who wanted to charge a flat rate no matter the window count, Paige offered a "per window" fee which came out to about a third of the cost of the competition. The crew that showed up was very friendly and very professional and they did a great job. What more could I ask for? I would definitely recommend them.
Chris D did quality work on remodeling my kitchen and bathroom. He is professional, knowledgeable and has a lot of pride in his work. I am currently using him for other large projects on my home.Commuction with Chris was outstanding with the customer needs in mind.He also arrived on time each day.
We needed to get our kitchen cabinets refinished. My husband found Tru-Design Interiors online. Donny, the owner came and gave us a very reasonable quote. He was very diligent and professional with his work, and the results are amazing. We were highly satisfied with the work and would highly recommend the services. Donny, also refinished and repaired a 50 yr. old table for us. The table was solid cherry and had been in the family all those years. It was scratched and the finish was impossible to clean. Donny turned it into a brand new table. I would use Tru-Design Interiors again, because the workmanship was great..Thank you Donny!!!!
Our projects with Bart and his company, Renovation Systems, started in 2004 when we wanted to replace the shed roof over the back porch. Bart designed and built a beautiful gable roof porch cover with lights, fan and railings. The design and construction blended perfectly with the house and we were totally pleased. Bart did an complete remodel of our home in 2007 - 2008. This year-long project included our kitchen with all new cabinets, countertops, lighting, sink, garbage disposal, water filter. Bart raised the old dropped ceiling and added new lights. The remodeling extended to all other rooms in the house and to the garage. The project involved all new exterior windows; exterior siding; interior doors, door and window framing and trim, crown molding, baseboards; new tubs and sinks; custom tiling in kitchen and baths and interior and exterior painting. The project was conducted in a professional but friendly manner and we were always comfortable with the costs, schedule and progress. We altered the scope of the project a few times during the year and found Bart accommodating and reasonable in his prices At the end of the renovation the house was beautiful and we were completely satisfied with all aspects of the work. We felt that Bart was as much a partner in the renovation as he was the contractor. In 2009 Bart built a garden shed for storage of mowers and tools. He designed and built a great looking shed with a covered porch with railings. Not only is it completely functional but the appearance mirrors the appearance of the house. In 2010 our house was flooded by Brushy Creek. After having the mud cleaned out and the wet sheet rock replaced we asked Bart to put the house back in the same beautiful condition it was in after the remodeling in 2007. Once again Bart and his team did excellent work and the house is beautiful again. We also asked Bart to enclose the back porch to create a sun room. With the addition of walls, windows, a window seat and a heating/air conditioning unit our new sun room looks terrific. The cats love to curl up on the window seat in the sun. The most recent project that Bart has done for us is to build a garden room/plant house. The garden room has windows all around and a large screened porch. Bart installed power and water so were able to include a sink, fans and lights. The design and finish of the garden room reflects the style of the house and it looks great in the yard. We trust Bart's skill and judgment in all aspects of design, construction and project management. We would not hesitate to recommend Bart and Renovation Systems for a project of any size, scope or complexity. Jim and Mary Round Rock
Michael Seals has done several projects for me over the years. Recently he remodeled a master bathroom for me. Not only did he keep the project slightly under the original bid but was early or on time every day. He removed a tub and built a lovely large shower, restained existing cabinets, retextured the walls and layed new tile throughout. I have always enjoyed doing business with Michael. It's almost like he reads my mind when it comes to my ideas. It's so good to know that I have a reliable "go to" guy when it come to my home.
He was great to work with, was on time and his work was excellent. He remodeled a master bathroom (tile, light fixtures, hot tub, installed a flat screen tv) and also helped put restore a storage shed.
