Neil was superb! I had a very difficult and urgent situation: I closed a property and after 6 months and 2 weeks, I am moving in. The shortest possible lease of my condo building is 6 months, meaning that I have only ~2 weeks to find a qualified tenant and settle the lease. Many Real-Estate Agents told me that it is just impossible and/or declined by saying that they are not interested in. Neil was different. He was genuinely interested in helping me. He worked days and nights and weekends to make this leasing possible. And yes, within 5 days after the closing of my condo unit, he found a highly-qualified tenant who really wants to move in, and within 7 days, the lease deal got completed! Thank you, Neil! Without your passion, responsiveness, and professionalism, this was not possible. You are awesome.

Neil Lubell is an "over the top" agent. He was extremely informative, and immediately put me at ease with handling all the details of my rental property. I do not live in Austin, & needed to have complete confidence in my representative. I will only use him in the future.

    Real Estate Services: 1. Real Estate Purchase Cost: 3% of Sale Price.(PAID BY SELLER UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE) 2.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Every client and situation is unique. My initial action when meeting a new client to stat representation is asking for you to tell me what you would like to achieve? I listen closely and make sure I understand what you want to say. After I am confident I know your initial thoughts and expectations, I begin the process of developing the best path forward. This involves asking questions, informing, updating, and executing the plan best designed to maximize your results! A Client-Agent representation Contract is required to formalize relationship and establish fiduciary obligation.
