- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contact us for more details! We offer a referral program, and pride ourselves on being the best value of any roofer in the Austin area. If you're paying out-of-pocket for a roof replacement, we'll get you a competitive price for exceptional service. If you're doing an insurance re-roof, we'll work with your insurance company to supplement the claim and get you as much money as possible. And for repairs, we believe our combination of price and quality is unmatched in the area!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For roof replacements, we'll inspect any potential damage and order a roof report before building out a quote for you. We'll also work with your insurance company to lobby on your behalf for as much included as possible. For repairs, we'll inspect the damage and can get you a very quick quote, and can typically be out there performing the work within a day or two! We also offer emergency tarping services as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're proud to be an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, the highest designation for quality workmanship and service in the industry. We've gone through extensive vetting to qualify for this status, and have an exceptionally trained team.
