Karen C. says, "Laura is amazing. She up our tank and did everything it was so helpful. We swapped fish with my parents & upgraded tanks. 8 hours later when we had an emergency she came at 9pm to help identify the issue and do a water change. The lid had been cracked, it was fixed only on the top of the lid with water safe caulk (now we know it was not aquarium safe). 50% of the fish died. It was so sad, I felt so hopeless. Laura reassured me and made me feel better about everything. She even found fish to help restock my tank. She is so professional, knowledgeable, helpful, told me what to look for if an emergency was occuring and what to do (so I knew what to do when the emergency occurred and called her). She was able to save 50% of my fish. I am so happy to have selected her."See more
