Introduction: I am a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist through NASM and Functional Movement Systems (FMS) level 2.
Over the past decade of intense training and study I have been able to develop a unique set of skills as a self defense instructor (Krav Maga) and personal trainer. This unique combination can make for fun and/or practical fitness sessions. My motivation is to help people move better and more functionally through self Myofascial releases and corrective exercises.
By being a constant student of health and wellness/fitness I am able to build fun and unique programs based on individuals schedule, hobby, lifestyle, and fitness level. And more importantly I will be an accountability coach to help you along the way!
