I needed the water lines under my kitchen sink replaced along with a drainage pipe. Did a great job! Definitely will be using him again . I recommend him!
Jason was great. He took his time to figure out what was going on with kitchen drain and fixed the problem. His price was affordable and if I ever have any other issues I will call him.
Scotty did an excellent job replumbing my Airstream and installing a toilet and a water heater. He and his helper Marc worked efficiently, cleaned up and completed the job beyond my expectations.
Ricky was fantastic. We called Dayton out to do a water heater flush, but Ricky ended up installing a water softener for us as well. Our water is extremely hard (which I knew), but I didn't know how bad it was...and our house is less than 2 years old. Ricky will be coming back out to do some additional plumbing/installation work for us next week. Very knowledgeable & professional.
For about the past week I noticed a slight sewer smell coming from my laundry room. I wasn't sure what the problem might be. Brian from Value Rooter came out and diagnosed the problem instantly as a backed up kitchen/sewer line. I thought the estimate was reasonable so I hired them. I had no idea what the job would actually turn out to be. Brian had to snake the line 3 times and the last time was like something out of a scary movie. The black muck that came out of that line had the consistency of oil. I live in the historic district in Temple and I have no idea when the last time the line was cleared. Brian said it was the worst he had ever seen and I could believe it. I felt so bad for him as he was pulling the line out it went everywhere. It was all over his arms, legs, clothing but it didn't damper his spirits. He is a very personable guy and a true polite professional. I let the muck sit over night and scraped off the top few layers of dirt with a shovel so the cleanup wasn't too bad. Well worth the money!! Thanks Brian.
Ezequiel was very professional and quick. He completed some bathroom plumbing work (Drain fixtures, towel bar), replaced numerous tiles, replaced above range microwave, and sanded corian countertops. He completed the work on time and exceeded expectations! Thanks Ezequiel!
Connley did an amazing job on our very extensive plumbing project. He was affordable, honest, communicative and made sure we were aware of everything that was going on from permits to timeline. I was very happy with my experience with Cannon Plumbing and Drain and would highly recommend this team.
quick response, cleaned clogged kitchen drain, installed new disposal. Excellent service, great price will definitely use again and highly recommend ..
After interviewing multiple contractors my husband and I decided Greg Vasquez was the best choice for our remodeling needs. Greg took time to confirm our desired outcomes and reviewed recommendations based upon his experience and expertise. That was certainly helpful to have insight as to what products were best for our needs. From kitchen to bathroom, sunroom to living room and office remodel, Greg was able to complete the work and clean up debris before leaving each day. There is no need to contact anyone else in our book, as he has done electrical, plumbing, tile, sheetrock, painting and texturing and gas appliance replacement for us. He even took pains-taking time and effort to level our sunroom slab before re-tiling. In addition, he was able to remove and reset our French doors that were installed incorrectly by a contractor I'll never use again. (We could keep him busy just fixing the mistakes previous contractors have made at my house). Greg is one whom we trust and respect - two vital qualities to consider when hiring someone to work in your house. My husband and I feel Greg has saved us from our endless weekend projects and we can't wait to have the next phase of remodeling commence.
Daniel did a great job pressure washing our patio and sidewalks from stains due to oak tassels, leaves, and pollen. I would use him again.
We are very pleased with the look of our bathroom. Felipe was easy to work with and did his best to make sure we got the design we wanted. We received quotes from several contractor between $8,500 to $43,000. Felipe quote was not the lowest but in the range we thought was reasonable for our size bathroom. Our project had several set backs which were no ones fault: The tub filler we selected had a design flaw, which required some redesign. The sink drains didn't work the way we hoped and had to order replacements. The tub showed up with a crack and we had to order a replacement. Felipe worked with us through each issue and did his best to guide us to a solution. One of the great things about working with Filipe was the fact he knows some very good subcontractors. The company he recommended to do the show glass, did a great job at half the cost other companies quoted for the same work. Plus we got a lifetime warranty on the glass and workmanship. With every project there's always the 90/10 rule. 90% of the work is straight forward and fairly easy to complete. The rest of the work is more tedious and requires time. There were a couple of areas I thought the work could have been better: The pony wall tile was not cut straight and left ragged grout edges (picture). The retexturing could have been better if not rushed (picture). The caulking around the tub, particularly behind the tub was very poorly done. For the price, I really don't have anything to complain about. This was our first project hiring a contractor to do a project. We learned some important lessons. 1) Create a check list of work items. This will help make sure there are no disagreements on what is and isn't part of the contract. 2) Inspect the work regularly. It's only your fault if the works not done correctly. 3) Don't pay until the work is done to your satisfaction. 4) Get everything in writing including the warranty. I can't say enough how happy we are with the new bathroom. I have other property in Austin and I will use Felipe for future projects.
This company was very responsive and the staff very knowledgeable and professional. I had to get my condo ready for a new tenant and they didn't leave until they fixed the toilet and faucet problems to my full satisfaction. Their pricing was reasonable. Both John and Paul were great. I will keep their number handy for my next project
Anyways, Thumbtack.com put me in touch with TOM ZYMOWSKI, 512 815 2301 and he is amazing and so affordable. He just replaced two smoke alarms, replaced 1 thermostat, replaced 2 toilet valves, repaired a loose porch light fixture FLUSHED the water heater, repaired a stuck window, and painted my inside garage+ tape and float ceiling for labor costs~400.00 I paid for parts. He'll be my regular annual handyman from now on. His email is email@example.com.
Ben installed a premium Rinnai tankless water heater. He responded within hours of my request for service and was on the job replacing my dead water tank within 18 hours. Considering I couldn't get any service for weeks from several plumbers, and another strung me out for a week promising "tomorrow . . . tomorrow " with no follow-up Ben was the complete opposite. He does as he promises and was on time. I should also add that his assistant was polite, bright, and personable. This was not a simple job. My old tank wouldn't drain without special effort. (And he took it away with him.) Using the existing vent hole (with a newer/bigger vent) would require (steep) roof walking. Gas pipe extension and working with poorly configured electrical would have driven most installers into excuses, delays and added costs. This project was done in a very long day; Ben wasnt leaving without completing the job. And, with not a penny of added costs. Integrity is hard to find these days. After a long day sweating in my attic Ben took the time to show me how to clean out unusually difficult-to-remove faucet aerators blocking my water flow. This is the guy you want to hire for the jobs no one else will do.
David did an excellent job of diagnosing our problem over text. He was courteous inside our home, and after repairing our kitchen drain, he even went the extra mile by repairing a faulty disposal switch. If we ever need a master plumber again, we'll call David.
I had the pleasure of hiring Ryan to repair a clogged sewer drain. The day before he came the City of Austin came and stated that the problem was their responsibility and repaired it. When Ryan came he notified me that there was nothing for him to do and refunded me my deposit. He is a very pleasant, respectful and honest person to work with. I shall definitely hire him again and I highly recommend him.
We used Treaty Oak Plumbing to fix an issue with our kitchen sink not properly draining. The owner, Ben arrived at our house when he said he would, fixed the problem right away and was reasonably priced. We will definitely use Treaty Oak again for an upstairs bathroom remodel. I would really recommend them.
