I had the opportunity of working with Pree through LA Fitness at the Round Rock location. I am fitness enthusiast and extremely happy to have found a trainer who shared a similar level passion. He continuously provided me with workouts that were challenging and he has a good eye for finding musclar imbalances and strengthening accordingly to achieve balance so I prevent common injuries accrued from weight-lifting. Pree is high knowledgeable and I really enjoyed my conversations with him about different styles of training including HIIT, endurance training, and cross training. The part that I really enjoyed was when Pree introduced me to Yoga and made me realize the amount of strength I was holding myself back on from my tight hip flexors and overall strength from tight muscles. In the yoga part of our training, he provided great cues to help maximize the benefit of every pose and has a great feel for my capability and pushes me accordingly so I improve consistently without hurting myself. This was a huge plus in my book because I am always pushing my limits and more often than not end up hurting myself. He painted a whole new picture of overall fitness in my mind and I am throughly happy to have met this guy.
Ralph was a big help getting my MS exercises in place! The exercises he had me do were a combination of Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation! He took considerable time to access my needs and he helped me put a program in place that met my needs!

About the time I turned 50 I realized my boot camp workout were over, so on the recommendation of a friend, I sought out Carole. The minute I saw her smiling face, I could feel the her positive energy. I didn't know what she could do for me, but I just had to do it! Over the course of our sessions, Carole was able to zero in on my kinks and prescribe exercises that targeted problem areas while understanding that as we get older, some of us need to exercise more efficiently. More weights, stretching and a little lower intensity really helped me immensely. Carole is constantly pursuing knowledge and experience in new areas of health and fitness to bolster her already commanding knowledge. Plus, she has a philosophy that encompasses both Eastern and Western approaches to health. Her impressive background in mixed martial arts and body building are always present so if you want to go for it, she will take you there! If you just want to focus on restorative techniques and yoga, she can help you with that, too. She's extremely flexible from session to session, depending on what your body is saying that day. I can't express enough how much I enjoy training with Carole and how much she has helped me. I highly recommend her.
Bridgid is an outstanding instructor. She loves what she does, and her enthusiasm carries over to her teaching. You can't help but feel the warmth and energy flowing from her as she is leading you through your poses, making adjustments, and pretty soon, you find yourself in savasana at the end of your session, feeling more relaxed, and centered than you have in a long time. I've been around a lot of people who profess to be yogis. For many this is simply what they do for a job. For Bridgid, it's also who she is... she lives her life in a way that reflects her practice, and it sets her apart. Highly recommend.
I've had a few private yoga classes with Abi and she really knows her stuff. She gave me just the right cues to really transform a few balancing poses that were giving me trouble, and she gives adjustments and suggestions that are subtle but totally change and open your practice. Her approach to yoga isn't only physical, but is totally grounded and approachable. She's also very personable and puts you right at ease.

My past clients include both casual and competitive athletes (muscle flexibility and strength training), business professionals (stress and tension management), senior citizens (increased vitality, joint and muscle relief), and women during pregnancy. Some of the styles of yoga I specialize in are the following: * Vinyasa -- we flow with control and conscious breath, connecting the breath to each movement. * Hot -- this one incorporate poses from Bikram yoga and tackles every part of the body. Oh, and it gets real hot (more difficult for a home practice). * Restorative -- if you want to feel like you just got a massage, this is the class for you. We loosen our body's fascia tissue as we hold postures for 3-5 minutes in a calm, serene setting. I look forward to connecting!
