John W. says, "We had a complicated email issue which emerged after transferring a website from one hosting service to another. Punit was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly. Resolving it was more complicated since the new host wanted us to verify things through email which was still being directed to the previous hosting site. This meant the email was non-functional and we were stuck in a catch-22. Punit was able to finally get it resolved and stayed with the issue until he could verify everything worked as planned, Would definitely use them again should another issue arise."See more

Travis W. says, "Boyce was very professional and punctual and he seemed very knowledgeable. I thought his fees were too much for a retired couple on a fixed income. He charged us about $1,100 to clean up our old computer and then transfer everything to our new computer. It did require him to make two separate trips to our home. One trip to clean up the files on our old computer and one trip to setup and transfer the data to our new computer. I then had to contact him again because of issues with our new computer and he was able to fix it remotely. When he told me he would be sending me another invoice for what he did remotely I refused to pay it. He simply said, "that was fine" so I thought he handled that very well. I would recommend him to others, however I would let them know it might be costly. HIs assistance basically cost us as much as the price of our new computer. This may be a normal cost for these kind of services and I guess I should have asked more questions up front so I would have had a better idea of what to expect. He was very prompt every time I contacted him and installed our new computer the same day we received it. Very likeable and knowledgeable."See more

He worked with me to pre-diagnose my PC issue, directed me to an Amazon link for the needed part (so I knew I wouldn’t be upcharged for parts), and coordinated a time to fix my computer at my house!!! If you’ve ever had your PC stuck in a computer repair shop for weeks, you’ll understand what a miracle this is. John communicated the whole time, was punctual, polite, professional- basically all of the qualities that imbue trust from a consumer. When he arrived, he was quick to take apart my PC, make the necessary repairs, put it back together, AND (this is the coolest part) my birds nest of cords and cables were put back organized and neatly clipped together as if I hired him to do just that. My fiance and I loved John’s work so much, we’re practically looking for stuff to fix or upgrade with our gaming PCs so we can hire him again.
