I was planking a surprise birthday party for my husband and a friend recommended Chris for bar tending services. Chris was very helpful right from the beginning. I did not have much experience with setting up a cocktail party and Chris helped with narrowing down the options and bringing everything that was needed on the day of the party. All the guests enjoyed the drinks and his cheerful personality. I would definitely recommend Chris.
Leslie catered our Hawaiian themed house party and did an amazing job! She provided a custom menu, set everything up beautifully, and made it all easy for us. My guests were raving all night about the delicious food. Leslie is professional, creative, and I would definitely hire her again!
Barbara has done a phenomenal job planning our sons 1st Birthday party. Her attention to detail and follow through was impeccable. She was very attentive in understanding our tastes, ideas and worked diligently to deliver. She made the planning process delightful. We would like to specially call out how she went above and beyond to arrange for piñata. We had no way to hang piñata and we really wanted one for the party. She figured out a creative way to get the piñata up while abiding by the rules of the event center. It was truly awesome! She and her crew created the wow-factor in our party. Celia was professional, courteous and very reasonably priced. Celia went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly the flowers I wanted even on my limited budget. She pitched in after arriving at the wedding to help my wedding party make sure they were all ready. The vision I had for my wedding was captured entirely. In the 11th hour of party planning I left message at Off Key DJ Productions well into the evening. Within 5 minutes my phone rang and on the other end was a gentleman by the name of Aaron Waldock asking how he could help me. I explained I needed his companys services and needed them in a couple days, he told me that the date I am requesting is one of the most requested dates and he and his team had been booked for months. Expecting a sorry I cant help you and I appreciate you calling I was ready to stop the search. However this is not what I heard, Aaron said if I give him a little time he would do his best to help me. 15 minutes later Aaron called and said he had a solution and I wouldnt be disappointed. He was absolutely right; Aarons professionalism, responsiveness and consideration up to and following the date of my party have been remarkable. Thank you Aaron for helping make my party a success, I will talk Off Key Productions to all I come across.
Cassie was the first and only Coordinator we met with and as soon as we met her we knew she was the one. Let my just start by stating that Cassie is just AMAZING. She is not a coordinator. She is a rock star, mind reader, and truly Brides Best Friend. Cassie offers you advice and answers all and any questions that you might have, she is extremely organized, she knows what she is doing, she is adorable and super sweet but is also FIERCE and someone not to mess with in a very professional way (she is the BEST with the bride and groom of course). She was on top of everything and she knew things that I didn't even remember telling her or know how she knew which was amazing because for a control freak like me it was weird not being in control and knowing everything but at the same time I for once in my life, felt RELAXED. Once it came to the ceremony I was a nervous wreck, she calmed me down, brought me water, and told me to eat some strawberries for the sugar since I was feeling a little too nervous, she also was on top of my well being and my fiance's As we were taking photos after the ceremony she was carrying a water and made sure that not just us but the whole bridal party was feeling god for photos. She even brought me a plate of food to eat while the photographer took pictures of the groomsmen. She did all that she said she was going to do and so much MORE! Cassie is definitely who you need as a coordinator if you want a completely stress free wedding. I cant describe how much of an amazing human being she is. :) -Eloisa M. Zamora
I attended the Herbs & Harmony Holiday Dinner Party. The food was a beautiful take on the traditional holiday offerings. Each course was rich but light, and had many simple, but decadent ingredients. My favorites were the savory bread pudding (choices of gluten-free or regular) and the baked salmon with an herb mayo (dairy free) and pomegranate seeds. This is elevated cooking that will leave you satisfied, in addition to supplementing your health. I highly recommend Taylor's offerings for a gathering or for your personal health goals.
Tammara organized a surprise party for me. The party was for my husband all I had to do was tell her my budget and what I wanted, she found the venue ordered the food and decorated all I had to do was bring my husband and enjoy. She took care of everything. Will be using her services again. Very professional

Lauren was a miracle worker and made our wedding day phenomenal. You should absolutely hire her for your wedding planning and coordinating needs. We originally hired “the best” local wedding planner who was highly recommended by the venue for our wedding last October. After two meetings with the original planner, it became apparent to us that she was disorganized, tardy to meetings, and we were not comfortable with her planning/coordinating our big day. We decided she was not the right fit and dismissed her, however our wedding was now 6 weeks away with no planner/coordinator and I was FREAKED out. Lauren and I have been friends since high school and literally 30 minutes after we dismissed “the best” wedding planner, an idea popped into my head of asking Lauren. Not only was Lauren thrilled but she always wanted to coordinate a wedding, I was so relieved. Lauren handled all of the major movements for us, she coordinated with all of our vendors and the venue. She also organized and led the wedding rehearsal the night prior. On the day of our wedding, she was up bright and early setting up the hall and coordinating everything. I promise you that this is an unbiased review and I am not just talking her up because she is my friend. Lauren made our wedding day run smoothly and I would highly recommend her for any of your wedding needs.
Kristy was the event planner for my husband's 50th bday party..Everything was good!! I loved the decor. I just wished I was closer to her, because I stressed myself out because she lived in a whole different state than I. Also, I gave her a short time to work a miracle, but she was able to handle it.

Treat your little princess and her guests to a visit from Anna and Elsa, the Frozen princess sisters of Austin! Two lovely real-life twin sisters in their twenties (with an uncanny resemblance to Anna and Elsa!) will gracefully work with parents to produce, plan, and assist with games, decor, treats, prizes, and wholesome entertainment that your little princess will dream about! The twins provide their own costumes and makeup, as well as props and materials for Frozen activities. Birthday princesses itinerary are as follows: * Princess phone call to birthday girl the night before party (optional) - Arrive/greet guests the day of party (via option 1 or 2 above) - Short skit - Snow magic trick! - Princess crowning ceremony, where we crown the birthday girl - Activity (1) Face paint for each guest (2) Sparkly Frozen themed nail polish for each guest (3) Both -Photo shoot with birthday girl and guests Our rate is $150.00 for one full hour or $275.00 for two full hours (includes both Anna and Elsa).
