I was an athlete for all of my childhood leading up until my Senior year in high school. I've had many coaches throughout those years, but never have I experienced a coach that can motivate me as much as Coach Percy does. He is able to push me to my limits without going over what I'm capable of doing. He is very dedicated to his clients and is completely engaged during the entire work out. I've only been to seven sessions with Coach Percy, but I have already noticed an incredible improvement in my strength and endurance. He definitely knows what he is doing, and if your looking to better yourself and become the healthy person you strive for then Coach Percy is the personal trainer you want. I promise you will not be disappointed in his ability and commitment to help you reach your fitness goals.

I am very pleased with Warfare Training and I am getting exactly what I was looking for. Carl is a very good trainer and I feel very comfortable in his training sessions. He is like a friend. He tailors training according to the needs, like days when feeling weak or strong, low on energy or having more energy than usual, or even changing plans because of injuries. Active and healthy lifestyle has always been part of me! But all this had new meaning, when I started to train with Neha. She demonstrated the benefits of strength training in a way that changed my outlook on fitness. Under her training, I lost all my post-pregnancy flab, strengthened my knees and became toned and fit. She was thorough in her assessment of my goals (strength & toning), my medical history (weak knees), my schedule (full-time working mother of two), my current exercise habits, my diet (vegetarian) and eating habits, and all things affecting my workouts. She was flexible and accommodate of my work-home schedule. What makes her stand out from the rest of the personal trainers is her pleasant, unassuming personality and her sincere desire to help you achieve your goals. Chris really knows how to build your metabolism and is constantly updating his knowledge. Some personal trainers will have you do endless hours of cardio while skimping on the calories, not Chris! He will rebuild your body in the healthiest way possible. I am so happy with my progress and finally have the confidence I've always wanted. Ralph gave me a lot of great tips while I was working with him to complete my personal trainer certification. We concentrated on workouts for older adults with health issues and he was very attentive to the clients, going slow and starting out with very manageable exercises. He was flexible, always on time, and friendly.
I wish I could give more than five stars. Richard is knowledgable, patient, and committed to improving your fitness and overall health. He can connect with as easily with beginners as with those who've had some prior experience with personal training or an athletic background - he's a good teacher as well as a personal trainer. Working with Richard, I've made the most - and fastest - progress with my fitness and weight-loss that I've ever made. He keeps sessions interesting (you're never bored) and tailored uniquely to your progress and fitness level. Definitely recommend.
Dave is an awesome personal trainer. He is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals, which includes pushing you to follow an appropriate nutritional plan. Dave is very knowledgeable about the science behind fitness, and his workout plans are appropriately planned and will leave you feel accomplished after each session (even though they are exhausting!). I was very hesitant to get a personal trainer at first, but Dave has made it an awesome experience. My goal has been to put on mass, and through a few months of training with him, I now weigh the most I've weighed in my life and am the strongest I've ever been. I would recommend Dave to anyone who is looking for a trainer that is personable and helps you achieve your fitness and nutritional goals. If you want to be pushed to reaching these goals, Dave is your guy!
This is the first time I worked with a personal trainer. It was with a group which made it a lot less intimidating. Some of the other guys in the group would bring up issues or questions I hadn't thought about, but there was still a direct line to David Becker if I needed it. Speaking of David; it's obvious he cared about our success and education. He was very thorough with the information about diet, exercise, motivation, form and pushing the workouts without injuring yourself. He acknowledged every post in the group. My life, health, attitude and approach to fitness have changed almost beyond comprehension, all for the better of course. It may seem simple to most but I felt a little overwhelmed with all of the information out there about health and fitness. David broke it down into simple steps with easy instructions. It really was easy to stick to the plan, with all of the support. I am 47 and I wish I could have done this 10 years ago. I feel like I hit a reset button on my health and attitude. Strong start to a new beginning! Can't stop, won't stop, get it get it!!! Thank You to everyone who is responsible for making this possible. You are doing amazing things to peoples lives. I have had a few trainers and Mandie was hands down the best to work with. She pushed me hard, but not too much. If I'm going to let someone tell me what to do in the gym it's going to me Mandie, love her.
