Raonel arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He provided us a line-by-line estimate on the cost to replace each window. When it came to doing the work, he did a clean and tidy job by minimizing damage to the timber frame when replacing the glass so no decorating work was needed. The new window looks great and we are happy with the results. I would highly recommend Raonel for window installation or repairs and would work with him again in the future.

Highly recommend! Quick response. Sent message on Thursday requesting an estimate. Received reply the same day advising someone could stop by on Monday. On Monday, Abel stopped by to diagnose the problem. Received an estimate from the owner of the business, Raonel, immediately following Abel’s visit. The parts needed were in stock so Abel came back on Tuesday to fix the window. Abel as well as Raonel were punctual and professional. Quality work. Would not hesitate to hire again. Thank you!
