- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be reasonable with our prices. Cheap Cleaning at affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we arrived in the home of a new Client, we asked them to show us around their home and indicate where they need us to clean. Also if they have a pet, we demand the pet to be kept in a room while we are doing the cleaning. Once we know, we take it from there. Once the cleaning is done, we demand the Client to walk around and check that they are satisfied with our work, or indicate if there is anywhere that needs to be clean. We do not leave until the Client are satisfied.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always love to clean since I was a little girl. It has become more like a passion for me, therefore; I decided to earn money for it.
