I have taken two classes from the owner of Yoga Balance, Kelsey. In both classes there was a wide range of experience levels and Kelsey was great at managing this, providing a great experience for new and experienced yogis alike! Kelsey gives great suggestions and adjustments to help you get the most out of each pose. We focused a lot on hips, neck, and shoulders, and after both classes I felt much more open in all of these areas. Each class I have taken was slightly different - one was a flow style class and one was a bit slower which gave us more opportunity to get deeper into the poses. Both class styles were accessible for all levels due to Kelsey's wealth of knowledge and suggestions. I would highly recommend Yoga Balance for any type of yoga class - private, semi-private, or even larger group! You won't be sorry, and you will feel great!
