The J&R crew arrived at the expected time and quickly got to work on replacing my old water heater. My house had been used as a rental, so the heater hadn't been flushed regularly, msm there was a lot of segment in the tank and it took awhile to get it empty for removal. The install then proceeded quickly and I sin had hit water. J&R's edtimate was significantly lower than other estimates i had gotten and their crew was very professional. I will definitely keep J&R in mind for any future maintenance needs.

Accomplished getting an old icemaker out of a difficult cabinet and refitted the drain to the adjacent sink. It wasn't an easy job but he did great! He replaced all my fluorescent lightbulbs with LED bulbs and put the drop shades into the proper place. He worked every minute he was at my house. I appreciate Jim he fixed what I hired him to fix. Thank you.

Jim responsed quickly and showed up when he said he’d be there. Not only did he complete the job, but he happily addressed an additional problem I had. He repaired/replaced rotting door jams and rotting wood on eaves. His crew of 2 others were extremely nice and efficient. I’m looking forward to using them for some other repairs.
