Joye was my personal trainer for ten weeks. She was committed to my goals, some days more than me. She motivated me when I was exhausted and felt I could do no more. She challenged me with workouts and gym equipment I would never be brave enough to use on my own. She also took the workouts to locations other than the gym. This was helpful because the gym can become routine. Joye is very knowledgeable about fitness and exercises and offered combinations that produced the desired results. Even if I do not participate in more personal training, she gave me the tools needed to feel confident in the gym, at the park, or in my home to work out effectively and continue to work toward meeting all of my goals. Note: If you work out with Joye never use the word CAN'T because she will prove you CAN!
