Our services include:
Tuning - the most basic kind of piano maintenance there is
Voicing - the adjustment of the tone of the piano, mostly by changing the density or hardness of the hammer felt
On-site Repairs - involve fixing isolated broken parts such as a broken hammer, a missing string, or an improperly working pedal
Action Regulation - action parts need periodic adjustment to compensate for wear, compacting and settling of cloth and felt, and changes in wooden parts due to atmospheric conditions
Dust inevitably collects inside a piano. Some pianos have easily removable panels, and others are more difficult to maneuver. During regular servicing is a good time to dust some of the less accessible areas.
All these services are backed by our mission to become exceptional piano service technicians by exemplifying knowledge, integrity, dedication, and service excellence with every customer.
