Kelly and her staff are very friendly. I've tried their Barre, Zumba and yoga classes. It's been an amazing experience. I love working out in the morning in this class and be done with it for the rest of day. They do fantastic job with correcting your poses and giving you tips. I do recommend this class to anyone.

I have had the privilege of working with Atali these past few months. I came to her in the recovery portion of my cancer journey where I was feeling lost and confused in myself. Atali’s encouragement and positivity has brought me to a stronger more self confident place. Her knowledge and passion for yoga is contagious. Atali will push you to your next level while encouraging and supporting you. I leave every session feeling refreshed, proud, and stronger. I cannot praise her enough.

I met Liya Mar in the yoga studio. She was my teacher, and I was so impressed with her teaching style and knowledge of the body and how it works, that I started talking to her more in depth. I had been interested in weight lifting but didn’t know where to start. She indicated that she had just gotten certified and would be interested in training me. We started several months ago, and even though she recently moved, she’s sent an in-depth training program weekly and has followed up with me, making sure I was doing it correctly and wasn’t having any problems. She’s been great and I highly recommend her in every way.

I like JuJu, he has a good sense of humor but still knows when to be serious, he has helped me learn how to do the breath of fire; how to separate myself from my thoughts; how to eat properly for health and how to make my back stop hurting! I recommend you try one of his yoga classes in Arlington 24 hour fitness

Charlie is Fort Worth's best-hidden gem! I originally met Charlie during at his massage school clinic about 3 years ago. After that first massage I was hooked. Since then he has also become a yoga instructor which I love. The weekly massage and yoga session have really helped with my back pain and I feel less stressed out all the time! I would definitely recommend Charlie and in fact, I have to many of my friends and family!

I've been going to Angie's studio for group classes and private lessons for almost a year now. She is terrific! The workouts are challenging and fun, and never the same twice...a perfect recipe for success. Angie genuinely cares about her clients, and tailors the lesson or class to your fitness level - I highly recommend her!

Vanessa is a compassionate, patient, and overall amazing person who exposed me to yoga in a meaningful way. I cannot stress just how cool and real this young woman is - Besides her character, she knew after one session what sort of yoga style to switch me to and it helped me immensely. She is an expert in all style s of yoga but she doesn't act like a yoga snob. She is also all about the person in front of her - she is so unselfish and so dialed in to what you are doing. She models the positions alongside you and gently corrects - she also begins and ends the sessions with deep things and I feel wiser and stronger because of my times with her. Her little yoga studio under her apartment is perfect for escaping the world - Everything was amazing - I'm telling you: "Forget yoga classes and forget any other private yoga instructor - You will not find a better human, yoga guru, or mentor than Vanessa Zamora."

Jami has impressed me since I have been going to Yoga Jax studio for the last couple of months. She has led me in both flow yoga and meditation in hour long private and group classes. She is personal - not just leading, but pulling the best out of me. She leads by both verbal instructions and doing the poses along side me. I never feel pandered to or looked down upon. Actually, quite the opposite - I feel like I don't need to be "better" before I go to her classes - I can just come as I am with no judgment from her. She is focused on we students the whole time class is in session. (Doesn't seem like her mind is wandering away from us.) Last but not least, I like her smile and love her passion. In an age of chain stores, It is good to experience good-old-fashioned customer service given by someone who clearly has a passion for her profession.

About

I am a vinyasa yoga instructor. This style of yoga teaches the yogi how to transition smoothly from each asana (pose) by controlling his/her pranayama (breath). By practicing controlled breath and postures, the yogi builds mind and body strength.

In the alternative work goals can be spiritual, physical, psychological and social in nature and I help you address what your needs are. In Pilates the goals are generally a need for improved strength, flexibility, balance and more. In Pilates and Yoga: Working with people who are active in their care by maintaining a focus, precision and accuracy to get the most out of what they are doing. In Healing work its observing the before and after and assessing a plan to address the needs.

About

I began my journey with yoga about 3 years ago and have practiced almost everyday since. I believe that yoga is an accessible practice to all ages and body types and with consistent practice, it is amazing the progress that your body and soul will make. This practice will allow you to sculpt your ideal body, free your true self, and transform your life. I teach power vinyasa flow yoga. This practice is a powerful and energetic form of yoga where students learn to fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session. It is the perfect blend of sweat and serenity. Though my focus is making the practice accessible to all ages and body types, I also like to play and have fun with arm balances and inversions!

About

I offer corporate and private yoga classes. Classes range in level, duration and specific focus per request.
