My wife and I saw Kathryn 2 years before and we are coming back to her now for a tune-up. The first time we saw her we were impressed by her insight and sensitivity to our problems. Initially I was very uncomfortable with the idea of counseling but Kathryn made me feel at ease and she was able to get to the root of our problems quickly. She was sensitive, respectful and empathetic and had a great deal of wisdom about relationships. She was also able to help us with our parenting skills. Even though we are not religious we chose a faith-based therapist believing she would be honest with us about our issues because we have been to counselors in the past who would not commit one way or the other and we felt as if it was a waste of our time. We have drifted apart since seeing Kathryn and we want to restore our relationship so we have decided to come back and see Kathryn. She was very respectful of our religious choices in the past and we trust she will be again. She did not make faith a factor in her work with us but used only the highest professional & ethical standards.
Paul Iarussi is exceptionally professional, knowledgable, and sensitive with the subject matter. When working with Paul there is not any blame or shame. The goal is to discover one's own needs, the partner's needs, how to meet these needs, and how to communicate more effectively. I am grateful for the support we have received and skills we have learned with Paul's guidance. I highly recommend Relational Counseling Services to anyone and everyone. We all need help with relationships and communications at time, and that should be embraced and not embarrassing. My husband and I feel empowered and stronger together with Paul's support.
Warm, open, compassionate counseling. Overwhelmingly positive experience. I have recommended Dean to multiple friends (both for couples counseling and grief counseling). Dean does an incredible job of listening and gently guiding toward solution. When he suggests something that may not "fit," he is happy to hear that, and we explore other options. Dean helped me through grief over my father's death, then later, with couples counseling for me and my wife. I cannot recommend Dean highly enough.
I came in for couples counseling with my wife, which is a tough thing to start. This was our first time seeing a counselor, and Melody was really welcoming and helped us feel a little more relaxed. We were pretty nervous, but Melody was so great in helping us get started talking. She is an amazing listener and is very patient. Her questions really made me think and helped put things in a different perspective. She made difficult topics a lot more manageable. Highly recommended!
Kristal is an excellent Therapist. She is understanding and insightful. She did a great job in helping my wife and I in premarital counseling and helping me personally with the loss of my mother.
I contacted Greg Liotta to assist my fiance and I with pre-marital counseling. I am very pleased with our experience. Mr. Liotta was receptive to answering all my questions about his process and philosophy for counseling others. He didn't mind being questioned before I even selected him as a counselor. In addition, he is clearly adept at "meeting people where they are" in their transformation. Mr. Liotta is flexible, astute and keen on getting to the heart of the matter.
I feel that Ms. Martel is an excellent counselor. She was very patient with my teenager who had a big issue with trust. My daughter soon felt very safe with her. Ms. Martel is very experienced with many of the issues that young people are faced with now. In addition, she gave my daughter strategies in dealing with a chronic illness. I would highly recommend Ms. Martel to anyone looking for a counselor.

Andrew saw my wife and me for counseling after the birth of our first child. It was an anxious and confusing time for us and Andrew helped us navigate a lot of changes. He was supportive and encouraging and he had a very calming presence. He seemed to have a good grasp on what it is like to be a new parent and that made it easier.
Therese is a very methodical and skillful counselor. She takes the time to listen and fully understand her clients' needs so she can develop the best approach to get them back on a positive footing with a better outlook on life. I strongly recommend her.
We first met Casey at San Cristobal Rehab Center in Taos-our son was in their 90 day program. Casey was clear, knowledgable and firm in both his communication and desire in helping our son to understand the pitfalls of drug abuse and what it takes to attempt to recover and live a meaningful life. He was very helpful to my wife and I in getting us to understand the addict, addiction, and how our enabling will only serve to prolong the disease and not help our son to get sober. My best Casey compliment I can give is that through all the years, he is one of our most important and trusted people we continue to seek advise and guidance from when we feel at wits end or need reassurance that we are doing the right thing sometimes by doing nothing at all. We would highly recommend him for addicts and families dealing with the disease of addiction in their lives, Thanks Rob
Sam is very patient, wise, and discerning. When you are talking with him you really feel that he makes space for you and cares and he has very insightful feedback. I would highly recommend him as a counselor to anyone!!

I recently completed a certification class to become a certified PTSD Counselor. I've worked with families that were dealing with various issues, and I've successfully counseled Texas prison inmates, to keep them from re-offending. I truly enjoy helping people, especially children and families. Sometimes it just takes an outsider's view of the situation to help find solutions.
I practice family, child and individual counseling. Dual diagnosis and substance-use evaluations are available. This is foster-care service approved. Couples counseling after initial assessment is also available.
I am a licensed professional counselor with over ten years of experience in working with individuals, especially women, families and groups. Some of the issues I commonly address include anxiety, depression, family-of-origin issues, stress-related illnesses, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-awareness and self-concept issues. I have experienced working in schools as well as with families and teens in residential treatment facilities. Some of the issues in which I have experienced were domestic-violence issues, alcohol and drug addiction, parenting, and blended families and divorce issues. I believe that healthy individuals and families seek counseling to remain healthy and to increase their overall satisfaction and contentment in their life. When people have the basics covered, then only do they really have the freedom to move higher on that hierarchy of needs to work on bettering relationships, self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-actualization. When you are ready to begin your own journey, I can help you find your path.

I think my service stands out for two reasons: first, my style in therapy is authentic to who I am in my personal life; and second, my goals in therapy are for us to reach your goals. It is most important my clients feel comfortable with the therapeutic process. It can be intimidating to meet someone new and ask for help with personal and relational issues. I recognize this and believe the therapeutic relationship needs to make the client feel at ease. We will collaborate together to make sure we are on the same page in reaching your desired goals for your relationships. What is important to you is important to me. I do not have my own agenda to fulfill, rather I make your priorities my own in therapy. My clients! I am blessed to be privy to my clients' life experiences and even more lucky to share in their experience to work towards reaching changes they have been longing for in life. I feel energized when I leave work knowing the couples and families I work with are taking steps to their desired changes.
