- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a flat fee. Pricing based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms is very subjective. A 3 bed, 3 bath home can be 1200 square feet or it could be 3000 square feet. Our flat fee pricing is much more accurate and prevents "additional charges" after the job has already started. We also run several sales throughout the years. Also we WILL ask if you think we have earned a 5 Star review and take 10% off of your invoice for completing those reviews as our way of thanking you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically only a phone call is required to get you our price. We ask questions like: 1: How many square feet is your house? 2: On a scale of 1 to how clean is your house? With 1 being your can eat off the floors an 10 being a complete catastrophe 3: When was the last time you had your house professionally cleaned? 4: Are there any pets in the home and is there a problem with shedding? 5: Do you have any allergies? Cleaning products or otherwise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first career was in medicine so I am beyond anal when it comes to cleanliness. There are no licenses requirements in Texas. However we are members of the Chamber of Commerce as well as the BBB. Ultimately our 5 Star reviews speak for themselves.
