Introduction: I have been practicing massage therapy, craniosacral, and reflexology for 11 years, and I still love seeing my work change people's lives. I went to Utah College of Massage Therapy and graduated with honors, and I am currently a nutrition student at The University of Texas in Austin. I have over 1,500 hours of training in many different modalities, but my true passion is for deep tissue and craniosacral therapy. I love giving and receiving bodywork that makes you feel like a new person when the session is over. I have the right combination of tough hands, soft heart, and an intuitive sense for my clients' weak (and tough) spots. My philosophy is to make it "hurt so good." During the massage, I want you to be able to relax and breathe deeply, but still feel like work is being done to make you feel better. I chose massage as my profession because ever since I was little, I have always loved making people feel better. This career has enabled me to facilitate that passion everyday. It is so rewarding to me to have a client get off the table and tell me that they feel amazing and no one has ever made them feel the way I do. I look forward to brightening, enhancing, and healing your life.
