Prior to working out with Doron, I have been exercising regularly for many years. However, Doron incorporated some workouts specifically for basketball players into our routine which increased my stamina and agility. He also corrected some of the exercises I have previously done on my own including burpees and Russian twists, causing it to become more effective and reducing the risk of injuries. Doron pushes me to work really hard, and if it wasn't for him, I would continue to do my workouts with less reps and less weights. The focus of a private and group lessons is on individual skill development. Regardless of skill level, all players will receive instruction on proper fundamentals and techniques related to basketball play. Players will perform intensive drills on offensive and defensive skills with emphasis on athleticism, efficiency, creativity, balance, and vision.
