Latest Review: I love having Koko as a personal trainer! She's upbeat, accommodating, motivational, reasonably priced and most importantly....She keeps me honest. Cause let's face it, without some supervision I'd most likely do about three bench presses and call it a day. Having Koko train me ensures I get an "actual" workout in. For me personally, I have never set specific goals with her (i.e. weight loss, increased cardio) and that's just fine with me. Because of this she varies the body area, weight and cardio components to build upon my strengths and improve my weaknesses. My workouts with her are varied, challenging enough to be worthwhile, but not heinous and afterwards I always look forward to our next session. I highly recommend Koko to help you reach your fitness goals, whether it's becoming "summertime fine", or like me you value having someone assist you in form, function and motivation.
