This person took his time and patiently taught my husband how to use the tie-down strap. He was very polite and suggested some future work to be done in the front yard regarding the trees and shrubbery.

Tender Lawn Care was fair at best. They missed several spots on the initial weeding and what they considered weeding was really just using a weed wacker and spraying weed killer for what was too short. The worst was the communication. I constantly had to reach out to the gentleman when he wouldn’t show up on our agreed day (had to delay several times due to the weather), but he never reached out to reschedule, as if my business couldn’t mean less. I asked him to come back and hit the spots they missed and his team didn’t show up until a week after he said they would. It’s been exactly a month by the time Tender Lawn Care took the job and it’s finally done to a satisfactory level. I will not be using this company again.

Thanks for the review Bridget! But If we’re being completely honest the customer never once contacted us. Each time I reached out to the customer and communicated more than enough to have an understanding and if anything was misunderstood the customer never communicated this. The customer was instructed on initial visit the day we would be by in which we were. As for the two small spots missed under a plant and shrubs the customer never mentioned this until it was time to pay. I sent the guys back out there no problem and they took care of what she asked for. The weather is out of our control and when we miss 3-4 days a week at a time we must make those days up before we can move on with the new schedule. If the customer had reached out she would’ve known. However we take pride in our work and complete every job to customer happiness as proven the past 4 years!
