Many changes in computer use, connections, etc over time, especially since my son, also my tech support, died from cancer. It is very difficult to find someone who is knowledgeable, honest and upfront. I have had some take advantage which is even worse considering the fact I am disabled.
Due to changes in internet provider we had some issues with things such as: 1. Not be able to access printer via WiFi or 2. To scan to computer. Also, my desktop has slowed down in certain ways so I needed advice regarding that. They also took out a four years of dust, something that I have been unable to do since my son could. No one else even thought to offer to.
I am very happy with and highly recommend Gulf Computer Pro. I will definitely use again!!!
They even left stuffed animals for my grandsons!!
