Many customers with a credit score of 600+ can start with no money down, and we’re happy to work with you on deposit options if needed. Plus, when you refer a friend who gets a roof replacement, you’ll receive $500 cash as our way of saying thank you. Whether it’s storm-related or general wear, we’ll explain everything in clear terms. Detailed Estimate or Insurance Guidance You’ll receive a customized estimate based on your roof’s needs. If you're going through insurance, we’ll connect you with our partnered public adjuster firm to help handle your claim and ensure you get what you're owed. Material Selection & Scheduling We help you choose the right materials and colors for your home, then schedule your installation date. Our goal is to move quickly — most jobs are scheduled within days of approval. Installation Day Our professional crew arrives on time and completes most roof replacements in one day. We take extra care with your landscaping, cleanup, and property protection throughout the process. Final Walkthrough & Warranty Registration After the job is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough, answer any questions, and ensure everything meets your expectations. We also provide documentation for your lifetime workmanship warranty. Ongoing Support & Customer Portal Access You’ll have 24/7 access to your TriGuard Roofing Portal, where you can view documents, request service, submit referrals, and track project updates — anytime, anywhere.
