Hot power yoga Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga is an energizing, dynamic form of exercise that not only sculpts but also hones and tones each muscle in the body. (Vinyasa means "flow" or the linking of one movement into the next.)
Hot power yoga is effective because it is not complicated and works according to how the body naturally moves and operates. It enables you to deliberately use and train your body the way you normally do in real life (twisting, bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching), so you can move through your daily activities with more ease, power, agility, and grace.
Power yoga contains up to 50 poses (asanas) that are connected together by a connective momentum. It introduces you to the five foundational pillars of power yoga: heat, breath, gaze, flow, and the abdominal lock.
