I've been coming to Mr. Clark for over a year and he has helped me correct issues I knew needed help and 4 previous coaches couldn't even identify. He has helped me with keeping my resonance in the correct place, learning to adapt to different genres, singing in foreign languages, prepare for auditions, and has taught me a lot sbout music theory and playing the songs I'm singing. He has given me advice on options I have and pointed me in the right directions to further myself. He differs from all of my previous coaches because with them, I would arrive, sing, and leave, with no real feedback. Mr. Clark is an actual experienced performer snd instructor that has taught me the correct way to sing that has helped tremendously!
Michelle is great! I take vocal lessons from her for musical theater and she really takes the time to understand your needs and is patient with teaching new concepts. I look forward to working with her in the future.
Singing lessons. Heavenly sounds is very professional..
I never had vocal lessons before going to Mrs. Keke but since I've been going it has helped me find my voice/my identity. It's so worth it!
Moira is a lot of fun and learning the harp (or singing) with her can be either a serious pursuit or mere pleasure or a bit of both. She is a lovely, caring person with great expertise and enthusiasm for her art.
The minute I step into the room to start the lesson, my day gets a little brighter. The cheerful, friendly demeanor helps a lot with getting me to be comfortable with singing in front of her, even if I mess up. She proves over and over that I can mess up and she won't make me feel embarrassed. She also knows what she's doing, and helps me improve where I want to improve while also improving other areas that I need to improve upon.
I took voice lessons from Anicia for 6 years and absolutely loved working with her. Since the time I began with her I have advanced from getting small roles in productions to receiving leads in musicals. She is very thorough and patient with her students and truly has a heart for what she does. I would definitely recommend her to anyone regardless of their level of experience.
Had my first singing lesson ever this past weekend my instructor was great he knew exactly what I needed. I am extremely excited to go back and learn to sing better and not strain anymore.
My granddaughter, Barbara started her first piano lesson two weeks ago and simply loves it. The owner, Heather is extremely nice, patient and professional. I am expecting great results from this wonder company.
I first became a voice student of Pat Brown's in high school, and have remained her student for over 30 years. My daughters have also been vocal and piano students of hers; one went on to major in Musical Theatre in college. Over these many years, I have watched Pat successfully mentor, guide, and instruct many students of all ages and backgrounds in musicianship and performance. She is extremely professional and knows how to develop these skills in her students, while providing them with positive opportunities to perform. I would, without any hesitation, highly recommend Pat Brown to any parent, child, or adult who has an interest in learning voice, piano, or composition theory.
My husband and I signed up for voice lessons with Edward approximately 7 months ago, after a lifetime of singing in choirs and for personal enjoyment, but without any professional coaching. Our objective was to improve our singing ability, gain better breath control, and expand our range. From the first lesson we were "hooked" by Edward's approach, enthusiasm, encouragement, and technique. We have seen steady progress, and have learned more in 7 months of weekly lessons than we both have over decades of singing! As busy professionals (ages 55 & 60) it has been hard to maintain a schedule of lessons and find the time to practice, but the sheer enjoyment of it has been so personally rewarding that we keep working at it, with Edward right there offering constant guidance and support. He has stretched us to go beyond what we thought we could achieve, and although we're not professionals on stage with our name in lights, we marvel at the improvement in our singing ability. Most importantly, Edward has given us back what we had both lost - a love for singing. He is truly a gifted teacher, with a warm and gracious personality to go with it. You will love working with him, and no matter what your level of singing ability is (from "none" to professional level) he will bring out the best natural voice in you that you never knew you had! We cannot recommend Edward highly enough.
I'm Tim's father so of course I'm a little biased ! Tim has been singing (since he was big enough to stand on a stool) , he and 3 others formed their own "Gospel Quartet" and sang @ local churches etc, (sang with and wrote songs) copyrighted cassette tapes with the "LEESIDE SINGERS" , he as you can see has acquired much recognition and respect & has exceptional talent and skills with the instruments as well as voice. While in Indiana he performed with the "Hoosier Hillbillys" and many other performances. To paraphrase another Father much more esteemed than I: Tim is my son in whom I am well pleased. "Let the redeemed of the Lord say so" I say so!
I would highly recommend Theodore Rulfs, as he is an outstanding voice teacher! I am an older singer, and I am extremely grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and support. I am now able to significantly improve my middle voice register, which is often difficult for a soprano. Ted is amazingly knowledgeable about the details of voice production! He patiently imparts major concepts of how to sing with lyrical, beautiful tones, and most voice teachers are clueless about the art and science of beautiful heart-felt singing. The lessons are truly exceptional !! Sue F.
My son, Eric has been taking lessons from Mariah for the last two years. He had previous classical piano lessons, but wanted to learn Jazz piano. In just a few lessons she taught him enough to pass an audition for Jazz piano at Booker T Washington HS for the Performing Arts. He is presently taking vocal lessons and has taught him ways to increase his vocal range as in how to access the high register of his chest range without straining. I would highly recommend her to someone that is looking for an excellent vocal coach.
I only had the pleasure of working with my boy Larry for a few short months, but in that time he really helped me get my most solid foundation I could, even with a deviated septum! LOL Larry will not only critique you in a positive way, he will show you exactly how to do it because he has been all over the world singing opera. I am a rocker but the principles behind his methods are the same no matter what your genre. I HIGHLY recommend Larry to anyone who is serious about honing your vocals, if you are an experienced vocalist, or if you are just starting off and need someone to show the proper techniques and get you a solid foundation for your music career going forward. Loved working with this guy. YOU DA MAN LARRY!
Gary does an excellent job of creating a relaxed and constructive teaching environment. His explanations are precise, and does a wonderful job of rephrasing his admonitions to help the individual understand. He's got a great background of experience to divulge with his students, and his instruction creates immediate results. More than pleased! Gary's lessons are exactly what I was looking for.
Dr. Carter is an excellent teacher. I have worked with her for years and can say she is amazing! If you are a seasoned professional singer, a young singer just starting out or anywhere in between, she can draw out your best and put you on top! My children worked with her as well in both voice and piano. She's wonderful and I highly recommend her.
Stan has excellent piano and vocal skills and is committed to helping each student reach their full potential.
I take voice lessons from Nereida and I honestly feel like I have struck gold with her. Not only is she an outstanding teacher, she's also one of the kindest people I have the pleasure of knowing. She has pushed me to reach many of the goals I have set for myself while being understanding of everything going on in my hectic teenage life. Thanks to her tutelage, I am now a better singer than I have ever been before. She has an inspiring passion for singing and teaching that pulls the best out of me. I have had many voice teachers but I can honestly say that nobody holds a candle to Ms. Garcia; she's the best one I have ever had. Learning from somebody who has such great gift and such an amazing spirit is never a chore. I would absolutely recommend taking lessons from Nereida Garcia.
I took guitar and ukelele lessons from Austin for two years. I really enjoyed my time with him, and was able to progress really quickly to playing and singing on the church band!
