The tech Vlad was great. Found my problem quickly and communicated what needed to be done. Have used them in the past and have always had a great experience. Their folks are informative and friendly. Quick response times, were onsite when they said they would be. Identified the problem and sourced parts within a reasonable timeframe. Friendly and offered advice around a variety of appliances. Would absolutely use again.

Thank you for your cooperation! Our company also deals with appliance repair, and one day our technician unexpectedly fell ill. Very prompt professional service!
Boris arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had a replacement part on the truck and was able to complete the job.
In addition he was very concerned about “making a mess” so he clean the area after he finished.
Couldn’t have been more pleased.
