Mes decor was an amazing balloondecorator to work with. She was very accommodating to our budget and ideas, and created beautiful balloon arrangements that truly added to the overall atmosphere of our event. Her timing was perfect and she provided excellent service throughout the process. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for balloon decor is based on the size and complexity of the project. We offer discounts for large orders and for projects booked in advance. We charge a delivery and set-up fee, but this fee can be waived for orders over a certain amount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begins with an in-depth consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss the customer's desired look and budget, as well as any special requests they may have. We will then create a custom balloon design concept and provide a quote. Once the customer approves the design and quote, we will begin the process of creating the balloon decor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed several online courses that have taught me the basics of balloon decorating, such as color theory, balloon twisting, and air-filled balloon decor. I have also watched numerous tutorials on balloon decorating techniques, such as creating balloon arches, columns, and centerpieces. Additionally, I have attended several balloon decorating workshops and demonstrations, which have taught me more advanced techniques and provided me with valuable tips from experienced balloon decorators.
