Jim J. says, "We live in a area where the Internet is not the best. Even though I had decent service, for some reason my connection was on and off. (we do have over 10 devices connected to the router) Therefore the solution was to have Ethernet cables thoughout the house. We decided, one for the computer, one for our Main Living TV (since we only use online based services including cable) and one in the master bedroom where we plan to have a TV setup in the future. Jesse was very detailed on where he wanted the setup and was understanding on what we wanted. He listened first before he made any suggestions. He also gave us tips or insights on what we could do to maximize the connection where its the location of the plug or why we should centralize a connection. He was even kind enough to lend us 3 more connections in the future rooms, as we did mention we were gonna add it but didnt know what to make of those rooms at the given time. Overall, once we saw the work, we even asked him to hide all our cables/wire for the TV to make it clean in the process of setuping up the ethernet ports. He did amazing! We intend to hire him for future projects and highly recommend to others!"See more

On Thursday July 21st I searched for some good companies via this app. Jesano reached out to me and told me to call/text him the next morning for more info. I wanted to get my circuit breaker checked because I had a few outages due to Oncor. The next morning I called him to explain my situation and he told me to send him a picture of my circuit breaker so he would know what to bring. He said he will be able to come later that afternoon and to text him my address with the photo. Jesano & one of his employees came out and was very friendly. He recommended a surge protector and to replace my 8 blue breakers because they were hotter than the rest and will eventually go bad soon. I got the surge protector installed and told him I’ll wait to get the 8 breakers done. He told me he would do the 8 breakers for an extra $200 but I still declined. I asked him how much will it be if I called him out in a month or so to get them installed. Out of his own mouth he says “if I have to come back out this way, I’ll charge you $300”. I said perfect and to expect to hear from me soon. On Saturday, August 20th I reached back out to Jesano via text since we already had a text thread. He didn’t remember me (red flag #1) so that tells me he deleted our text thread and in my opinion that was not a smart move for this line of business. I explained to him that he was previously out here, what he did and what I was requesting. I even verified that the 8 breakers were still $300. He said, “yes”. He told me he was available to come out Monday around noon. Monday at 9:09am he text he is unable to do it the job for $300 and the minimum will be $520. His excuse was that he must of had extra breakers with him for him to quote that price. I told him I’ll go with another company. I’m giving future customers a heads up if you deal with him because he may change the price on you!
