- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in upfront, transparent pricing—no surprises. After diagnosing the issue, we explain the problem, the solution, and the cost before any work begins. There are no hidden fees. We occasionally offer discounts for seniors, military members, and repeat customers. Emergency or after-hours service may carry an additional fee, which is always discussed in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to the customer’s concern and asking a few quick questions to understand the issue. When we arrive, we perform a full inspection of the garage door and opener, explain what’s causing the problem, and present the best repair or replacement options. Once approved, we complete the work efficiently, test everything for safety and performance, and make sure the customer is 100% satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have hands-on training in garage door repair, installation, and opener systems. We stay up to date with industry standards, safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines for all major garage door and opener brands. Our experience in the field allows us to accurately diagnose issues and provide long-lasting solutions.
