- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We walk the prospect job in questions. We gather our infromation for materials and supplies. We get back with our team to generate a proposal for approval. We email this to the customer to approve and signs. We then give you a lead time of when we are able to attend to your job. We can typically work with anyone schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers would have to give us proof of ID and Method of Payment. Sign proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed electrician. I have over 15 years of experience as an electrician in California. One of the strictest electrical codes in the country.
