- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing can vary from hourly but majority of the time I try to give the client a fixed price especially if the project will take some time to ensure the client saves money. I also require a 50% deposit before start of services and the remaining balance is due in full upon completion of service(s) or project(s).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with a new client is scheduling a consultation (either virtual (remote) or in-person). This helps with understanding the client's needs, budget, wants, and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education I currently have which makes me credible is I have my B.S. in Merchandising and a minor in Marketing/Logistics from the University of North Texas. I've obtained my M.S. in Marketing. While completing my studies, I studied abroad in Hong Kong, China, Scotland, Paris, and London to learn more about my industry in Fashion. I also got my certification in Personal Styling and Menswear styling with School of Style in LA & NYC.
