ed savold says, "One of my HVAC units was not working properly . I contacted Paschal . Colton , service associate, came over and assessed the unit and suggested I needed to replace the unit. Colton was very professional and courteous. I was put in contact with Dillan Black, who went over the options, and explained each one. Based on his experience I decided on a unit . Dillan was also very professional, courteous and very helpful. My replacement was scheduled for a Saturday but was informed the unit came in and they would install it Friday, which was perfect timing . Levi and Issac were the two technicians who installed the unit . Excellent work ! Both were excellent in putting together the system. Great experience all around"See more

Family owned and operated At Denali CS, it all starts with family – literally. Denali CS is owned and operated by Michelle and her mother, Vickey. As a young girl, Michelle used to ride around with her father, Ron, as he repaired HVAC systems. Sometimes, she would spend the entire weekend in Ron’s service truck as she shadowed him. She fondly remembers Ron once telling Vickey that they spent the day on the roof of a fifty-story building in Tulsa. At some point, Vickey finally grew tired of being left out of the family fun and went into the business, which eventually resulted in the forming of Denali CS. Michelle attempted to pursue other avenues of a livelihood, but her heart wanted something else. Thus, as it was always meant to be, she joined Denali CS and is currently the President of the company. Even after fifty years of marriage, Ron and Vickey drive into work together every day where they look forward to being “bossed” around by Michelle. Some would say that nothing has changed since Michelle was a little girl fixing air conditioners with Ron. Now and then, she was the boss. Denali CS’s success stems from it incorporating the values of a family into its business and treating its customers as if they are part of the family.
