Genaro and his team did an amazing job! There was an existing structure we needed demolished, pictures included. His team professionally taped off the floors and surrounding areas. We were very impressed at how well the other areas of the house were preserved and kept clean. They even made sure to keep the pathway from their vehicles to the work area clean and tidy! Genaro was very responsive and communicative throughout the project and made me feel like I knew what to expect and that I had a say is what was happening every step of the way. The quote/proposal step was also very professional and I received a line item proposal that was very easy to follow. The finished structure was so beautiful and the team did a cleanup of the area as well. I was very impressed with the smooth finish of the drywall and the paint. I was also impressed at their solution for hanging shutters as the door, they built the frame and figured out how to install it! I chose not to have trim installed as I’m still on the fence about the details, otherwise Genaro would have taken care of this. I highly recommend LMP Remodeling!
