I hired Hightower to install a glass front door on my house last Thursday, November 6th. Today, November 12th, I found the door almost on the ground. Mr. Hightower blames the winds last night, but it's impossible for me that a simple gust of wind could have caused the door to come loose. Not even my plants and "Welcome" sign moved unless there was a tornado.
