I hired Palacio's to refinish my hardwood floors, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Jose is a true craftsmanhis attention to detail and problem-solving skills really set him apart. He brings a sense of calm and confidence to the project, making you feel like youre in good hands from the start.He handled necessary repairs so seamlessly, you cant even tell where the work was done. The baseboard installation was also top-notch. Jose offered thoughtful suggestions that truly improved the final outcome. Jose was recommended to us by a friend and Im so happy that he was! He replaced our master and guest bedroom carpet with hardwood, and they turned out beautifully!We were told they would start on Monday and move our furniture back in on Friday, and thats exactly what they did. They were professional, friendly, and cleaned up as they went. I was expecting sawdust everywhere, and there just wasnt. We recommend Palacios highly; their work is exceptional.
