First and foremost, Rick and his team are true professionals who take extreme pride in the work they do. This is something you don't find in a lot of contractors these days. I just bought a house and I needed my wood floors screened (slightly sanded) and a new coat of polyurethane applied. I had minor scratches and scuffs throughout the house. Rick quoted me a good price so I decided to go with him. They came and did the work and the floors looked good. After a day I began to notice certain areas of the floor flaking. I immediately notified Rick of the problem. After inspecting the floor it was determined the floors had originally been done with a water based poly. Rick's team went over it with an oil based one, so the poly never adhered to the floor. Without making any excuses and without hesitation, Rick told me they will go through the house and correct the issue. I have a 3200 sq house and 90% of it has wood floors. They came back, re-sanded the floors and applied a new coat of polyurethane. For some unknown reason, that second application did not take either. I was pretty irritated because of having to be displaced yet again and the issue still went unresolved. I have dealt with situations like this in the past and this is typically where most contractors start making excuses or putting the blame elsewhere. This is also the time they typically see the ugly side of my personalty. Before any of that could happen, Rick explained that he did not understand why we were having these issues but he was determined to make things right. He said they would have to come in and start from scratch. This involved sanding the floors down to the bare wood, re staining and reapplying a new coat of polyurethane. I was not happy knowing I would have to be out of my house for several more days. The upside would be the floors looking brand new. I also realize things sometimes don't go as expected. The fact that Rick was determined to correct the issue no matter the loss he would incur, showed true integrity and pride in his work. I have the utmost respect for that. I was annoyed at having to be displaced yet again, but ultimately I just wanted the job done correctly. After it was all said and done, the floors look amazing! I waited to write this review ensuring there would be no further issues. At the end of the day this was a win-win. I for all intense and purposes, got brand new floors because Ricks team took out every scratch, ding and imperfections that remained. Rick has a customer for life and a strong spokesman for the amazing work his guys do. So I will say, if you need work done on your wood floors, look no further than Venetian Hardwood Floors!! Not only do they do excellent work, they do it at a really fair price. They have an extreme level of pride in the work they do and above all...an extreme level of integrity.

Rick with Venetian flooring was a pleasure to work with. He was professional and did an amazing job. He made sure that I was 150% satisfied. He was very reasonable and easy to work with. Rick and his crew did an amazing job on our floors. We went from vinyl to ceramic tile on a pier and beam house which requires some additional work to be done prior to installing tile. The guys did an amazing job and really impressed us with their workmanship and quality of their knowledge. I would recommend them to anyone I know. If you are looking for a quality job at a fair price, look no further than this company.

Venetian hardwood floors has a typical process when working with a customer which is to ensure the customer that we have the proper knowledge of the product being sold and to also include them in the process from start to finish.
