First time client, paid $325 for a deep clean & will not be returning. Timely and friendly, but not great service. They did not sweep near baseboards or under the coffee table before vacuuming/ mopping so the floors still had a lot of debris. They missed cleaning the window sills and ignored closets unless specifically pointed to them despite them being included at the service tier and me showing what I wanted in one closet. I guess they took that as license to ignore the others. I didnt notice any of this until I had time to inspect after their departure as I was working. I shouldnt have to specifically request that you clean any areas that your service package mentions.

Hi Liam, I’m sorry to read this. This is actually the first review we’ve received that wasn’t 5 stars, so it genuinely hurts to hear that we didn’t meet your expectations.
We did a walkthrough with you after the cleaning and were glad to hear that everything looked great at the time. When you later reached out about areas you felt were missed, we immediately offered to return and take care of them at no additional charge.
For privacy, our cleaners are instructed not to open closed doors unless a client specifically asks us to. That said, we certainly aren’t perfect, and we appreciate the feedback. We take a lot of pride in our work and always want the opportunity to make things right when we miss something.
